WOW! That was a fantastic read! Makes u wonder a lot too. Many ways to view this matter. On one hand u hafta symphatize with Elaine who is achieving her goals and is doing what she's doing to her mother because she wants both herself and her mom to be happy.
On another, and that's from a third person's point of view, Elaine is a totally un-greatful and selfish person who only wants to get rid of her mom for her own future happiness which, ironically, is what her mom has always been praying for her for so many years.
Man, growing old is scary, makes u wonder if u wanna have kids, and hell, I don't wanna do that my mom but circumstances may call for making the most horrible decisions. Wonder if the same thing will happen to us if we grow old. Oh well, here's hopin for a brighter future.
