6 days to convocation!

6 more days to go...feel kinda excited and nostalgic at the same time. can't wait to catch up with friends, take photos and receive my graduation scroll. oh yeah...i'll be spending 3 days, 2 nights at riviera bay resort, melaka (fri-sun) with my family and maybe a few relatives.

collected my robe yesterday with jeff, phui mun and hanie. it was fun trying on our robes and mortarboard. the first mortarboard i tried on kept slipping off my head! since it was in size 3, i tried on the one in size 2 and it fit. might have to bring some safety pins along to make sure the mortarboard stays in place :D hanie, was it true that the first thing u said when u wore the robe was "expecto patronum"??? hahaha...it certainly felt like we were hogwarts students...flapping around in our robes. the only "uncool" part of our robe was the icky green colour of its colour. ugh...why can't it be a better colour like blue??? darn...

we had to part ways with hanie after that...poor girl went to work while us lazybums lepak-ed at klcc! heh. treated myself to some stuff from kinokuniya, namely a book (the art of lotr: return of the king) and 2 stuffed care bears (daydream bear and playful heart monkey). i know, i know...it may seem a little kiddy...getting care bears...but hey! i grew up with them...and i still love these cute characters so much!
